This is a private group for participants of the Shakgya retreat under the guidance of HE Kilung Jigme Rinpoche.

We begin each evening with resonant singing crystal bowl meditations. Each group is anew as we follow the energy.   A variety of passive and active Meditations are taught and practiced. Some times we use use cards, CD's and readings from enlightened sources. We close with Light centered healing circles. For awhile now I've been searching the Puget Sound area for a Reiki Share that is open to having kids and folks with special needs attend as reiki is wonderful for both groups, but I haven't found one. So I decided to start my own. The cost is what you're comfortable with as a donation to help cover costs.
