This group, located in San Rafael, is a resource for highly sensitive people. To find out if you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), consider taking this brief on-line test at: http://www.hsperson.com/pages/test.htm Increased sensitivity takes many forms including psychic perception, heightened awareness of our physical environment, other people's feelings, our inner world and/or mental comprehension. This heightened experience of reality often leads to overwhelm or stress, but can equally lead to an unusual ability to do certain things that most Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) have yet to discover. Please come if you are an HSP and wish to explore new ways of self-love and self-respect, or if you have an HSP friend or partner you wish to support. Francine Broadnax and I co-host this group as part of our coaching work for HSPs.
