We had a very successful first meeting!

You can do a web search for Non-Violent Communication as presented by Marshal Rosenberg and find an extensive amount of information about it, so I won't go into it too much here. In it's essence it is an alteration in the way that we communicate with ourselves and others to find, express, and accept that which is in our hearts. What is it that we really want/need at this moment. It is MUCH harder to do, than for me to say, especially in the heat of the moment.

Cost is donation basis. We again ask that you contact us prior to the meeting time as we try to focus the meeting time as much as possible to the actual practice.
