I would like to start this 10 week Mastermind Group on the study of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon hill the week of February 18, 2008.

Now most people think that sacrifice is about loosing something. However, the clearer definition of sacrifice is giving something up of a lower nature to receive something of a higher nature. The purpose of leading and participating in a Mastermind group is to gather like-minded people to help them learn how to focus on their goals by educating them on the information and material from the book ?Think and Grow Rich? by Napoleon Hill.

These 10 weeks should be a concrete commitment on all our parts to be on every call. Another purpose of the study of this book is to richly reward all of us in the following 5 key areas of our lives:

Physical
Spiritual
Financial
Intellectual
Relational

Rules of participation:

We should all come together with the impression of what we can give each other instead of what we will get from this group.

All meetings will promptly start at the designated time.

If any member finds it difficult to make time for their commitment to this 10 week study, they should be prepared to step down and reconsider a more convenient time for them to participate in the next 10 week study that will be offered.

We need to be using the same version of this book ( http://www.amazon.com... ). The reason for this is so we can always refer back as a group to the same page, paragraph without someone trying to search for a specific point we are discussing.

Just prior to the first call, whoever joins I will email everyone the mastermind principles that we will be reading at the beginning of each call.

The call will last anywhere between 1 to 1 ½ hours. However, I will promptly end the call at 1 ½ hours to respect everyone?s time and commitment. If anyone cares to carry on beyond the designated time you may do so.

We are all encouraged to communicate during the week to help support each other, share successes or provide support if someone finds themselves facing a challenge or a problem. The more members use and rely upon each other, the stronger the group will be.

Once you make a commitment to join, by clicking on the join button, the only financial cost of these 10 weeks for this study group is the cost of the book. We will be using the following version of Think and Grow Rich (everyone is required to have this specific version):

We will be developing our groups Purpose, Vision and Goals statement. The statement may take 4 - 5 weeks to develop. And we will dedicate 5 - 10 minutes just before the end of each meeting toward developing this statement until it is complete.

Once on the call, please be courteous to all the other members by being in a quiet environment without the possibility of interruptions. Remember this is your time and your time is very valuable. We will all benefit by respecting each other and by being in an environment that is conducive to learning and staying focused.
