I'm just new here and read your intro. I did the Buteyko method when I was 14 as I had terrible ashma, which cured me. I'm now 28 and am so happy my parents found out about it. I haven't heard about it for so long, I tried to google it, but was unsure of the spelling. Anyway I'm going to join this group, hopefully we can meet and have a chat sometime.
