We'll be working on understanding ourselves better and promoting more intentional, joyful, easy, meaningful and lasting ways to connect with others, especially our family and friends. This is not a psychotherapy or a religious group! If you are ready to explore and put intention and action into your life to live a fuller, happier, joyful life, please join our group. Our quarterly seminars are custom designed around a theme. We do include materials from ONCE UPON A FAMILY's values workshops (onceuponafamily.com /leta) AND the "Circle of Intentions" (based on "The Secret"). We are on a quest to reach our potential! BEWARE, the journey can be infectious, exciting and meaningful!!

2) 7:30 - 8:30 PM - Guided activities with "Take Home" assignments (all will be fun and easy to do)
3) 8:30 - 9:00 PM - Circle of Intentions
